Imagination Society is the instrumental music / alter ego AKA of punk rocker Gary Llama. Llama began releasing music under this name in 2014 as a new identity following the conculusion of work under the name ‘Cinema Society’. The first release, a remix of his song ‘Folded Flag’, which was originally released under the AKA F-Box. From there, 5-song EPs and singles followed.
In 2015, Llama began collaborating with Richmond-based Emceee Ben FM, first with a remix of his song ‘W.T.F’, then with a collaborative album, titled ‘God Is A Woman’.
Gritty City has printed up some CDs of the co-release we did with them, Ben FM + Imagination Society’s ‘God Is A Woman’… …these are limited quantity and available from Gritty.
